Tom Dorse (MRICS) is a graduate of Reading University and has been with Spectrum for 2years.
He is involved in all areas of our work and was responsible for finding, negotiating Lease Terms on and organising the fitting out of our new offices when we relocated in November 2009.
He has been involved with:
- Retail pre-lettings on the St James’ Gateway project,
- Lease negotiations to relocate office tenants from a development site.
- He has acted for Japan Centre on the acquisition of retail Units in St James’. He, therefore, has experience in assessing the suitability of Units for restaurant use and a sound technical knowledge of the fit out/extract requirements.
- He has planning experience and has achieved change of use on Retail Units and also obtained Licences for external seating.
- Rating appeals on office and retail premises on the 2010 list.
- Tom is also heavily involved with the roll out programme for a new restaurant concept which is a JV between a UK based restauranteur and an overseas restaurant client of Spectrum.
