Jean Parker (MRICS) is a Director and co-founder of Spectrum.

A former Associate Partner at Strutt & Parker (S & P), where she led the West End Office Landlord & Tenant Team, until 2004.  Jean has been active in the property market for 24 years. 

On leaving S & P Jean was a self employed consultant prior to setting up Spectrum in 2007.

As a consultant she worked for Clients including:

The Crown Estate:  

For 2 years Jean led the Customer Services Team, for the £6bn Urban Portfolio, into which the UK wide Managing Agents and their Professional Teams reported.

She then also acted as an Asset Manager on the Central London Offices Portfolio.

Remit Consulting: 

Management Consultancy.  Jean was involved in projects for Institutional Property and NHS Clients.

At Spectrum as well as her property work Jean has continued her APC Training Work:

Jean has 15 years experience in this area and has carried out work for Clients such as Strutt & Parker, Lambert Smith Hampton, Stephen Bleakley Management, Chase & Partners, Sovereign Land and The Crown Estate.
