Retail acquisition of 16 Regent Street for
Japan Centre Group Limited

Japan Centre are a corporate Client of Spectrum's.  

Spectrum were instructed to acquire new premises for the Toku Restaurant and highlighted 16 Regent Street (a Tenanted Unit) as being a suitable potential target.

The occupier was approached and was amenable to a disposal of their interest so Spectrum were instructed to try and acquire the premises, off market.

Negotiations were undertaken and acceptable terms agreed.

Spectrum has since conducted Stakeholder presentations and has submitted a Planning Application for change of use from Sui Generis to A3 and obtained a Licence for external seating.

We are currently working with Japan Centre (and their joint venture partners The Rostik Group) on the UK wide roll-out of an exciting new restaurant concept.
