Spectrum was established in April 2007 by Charles Batchelor, MRICS and Jean Parker, MRICS, both former longstanding members of the highly regarded Strutt & Parker Commercial Team.

We have worked hard since then to develop a unique position in the market place with our own style and approach built on professionalism, commercialism and partnership.
